Why does Russia seem so angry over the US and UK missile strikes in Ukraine?

Putin is special.
But Ukraine does not see it that way.
And Russia doesn’t like it.
The rules should not apply to him.
And Putin has his feelings hurt.
And should be treated differently.
How likely is it that Israel would target targets in Iran if there is a full-blown conflict?
And it makes Putin very angry that someone has the gall to do to him what he is doing to them.
